Tender – Shepard Drive Parking Lot

The Town of Stratford is accepting tender submissions for the construction of a new parking lot, which is approximately 1,880^m2. The work also involves the construction of a new 7.5 meter wide access, which is approximately 200^m2, the installation of 84 meters of storm main, including associated structures, and the supply and installation of light standards and associated electrical work.

Sealed tenders will be received by the Town of Stratford at 234 Shakespeare Drive, Stratford, PE until 2:00pm, Wednesday, April 15 2026.
